Sustainability Performance Management Practice

Real NewEnergy is expanding its consulting practice with GreenIntelli. Developed by QVS Consulting in Amsterdam, GreenIntelli is a Sustainability Performance Management application that registers sustainability data, controls the data collection process and facilitates sustainability reporting. Many publically traded companies are starting to see the trends in adhering to sustainability reporting. In many cases, these companies lack the expertise to determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), aggregate the data and report findings in a meaningful way. It is with this need in mind that GreenIntelli was developed using such frameworks as the Global Reporting Initiative and the World Resource Institute’s Greenhouse Gas Protocol built into the platform. However, we are not stopping there in terms of the inclusion of sustainability frameworks. We are in serious conversation with the Cradle to Cradle Product Innovation Institute and Natural Step in order to provide automation to those frameworks as well.

Having had early success with brands, such as Tommy Hilfiger, we have expanded our offering to not only manage sustainability data for product development, resource consumption, corporate governance & compliance and social engagement. We are also working with impact investment houses, institutions and other development foundations to create a framework for impact investment that is culturally focused, on the ground with impacted stakeholders, and demonstrates financial returns for social entrepreneurship.

Through a collaboration with Real NewEnergy, QVS Consulting can now add the business analytics expertise of determining sustainability KPI’s to the IT project management and implementation of the GreenIntelli tool. This includes a consulting component for sustainability workshops to integrate strategy at every level of an organization’s operations, product development, delivery of service and financial management models.

Real NewEnergy will also be integral in pursuing the U.S. market for the GreenIntelli platform. This collaboration will provide an integrated solution for future clients and an enhanced expansion plan for the GreenIntelli tool. A presentation of the tool can be found here for additional information.
